The ACT Legislative Assembly introduced laws on 28 March 2006 to offer homosexual couples the same rights as heterosexual couples. The Federal Govt has already outlawed same-sex marriage yet the Far Left-leaning ACT Assembly is thumbing its nose at the Federal Govt and giving the full suite of rights to homosexuals that heterosexuals enjoy. The Examiner in Tasmania of 29 March 2006 says this law even goes further than the earlier Tassie same-sex union register.
