Remember, you represent Jesus, himself, when you address these issues. Winning the battle is up to Him, speaking out is up to us; we are just following orders.
You join your voice with many, many others when you take the actions we recommend. As you speak to a retailer, to a politician or to a business or church leader you are actually taking Jesus into the situation. The war is winnable but it must be fought to be won. When we address our culture, as Christ desires all of us to do, we act responsibly as His voice.
When we take Him into the picture, the picture changes - always and every time - He remains the same! So remember it is more than just writing a letter or email, or speaking, phoning or visiting - we are actually acting as the voice of God! This is the way God planned it and His plans always work! That is why we have always called this a Winnable War!
Please be thoughtful and considerate as you write, praying at all times. Don’t be embarrassed to pray over your communications. When you pray and act, God comes in the picture ... and things happen.
